It’s been a rough week. When I got home from work yesterday, and saw the package waiting for me from my Secret Santa who had me in the Polish Bloggers Gift Exchange, my eyes lit up.
My Secret Santa was Nicole from Magic Maid! I had Hannah from Lemming Monster – you can see her post about the goodies I sent her here!
So, here’s what Niki was kind enough to send me! *swoon swoon*!!! My first Kleancolors!!!!

I decided to do my mani that night in Covalt with Peaceful Heart! Here’s Covalt:

Peaceful Heart was a bit difficult because not a lot of glitter went on the brush and I spent a while trying to get the hearts on my nails but it was totally worth it! I also thought the brush on Covalt was a bit wonky, but workable, and not as messy as other wonky brushes I’ve encountered. This was a gorgeous mani, I wore it all day Friday!
She also sent me my first Ruby Kisses, some Sinful Colors, a Quirius and a ‘hot’ Misa!:

Nicole also threw in a few TastyKakes, which I totally adore. My boyfriend laid claim to the Peanut Butter TandyKakes and I grabbed the Chocolate Junior. Mmmmm mmmmm!
I already emailed Nicole to gush over everything and thank her for her generosity, as well as for arranging this exchange. It was her brain child! Everyone seems to have had a fun time doing it!
Packages always seem to arrive at a great time. This one completely took my mind off my troubles. And I am so grateful

acctually my weekend is almost over – we work sundays here… and it’s only 5 hours from now. but I had great weekend and took a day trip with my daughter to a beautiful place. we had great time

What a nice Christmas gift. I got mine yesterday. Sent straight from Fabulous Street! Two Nfu-Oh’s, there my first and I’m no longer a virgin. Red and green glitters for the holidays. I think there may be some flakies in the red. Brooke was my Secret Santa. I have to send mine out yet. I couldn’t wait to put together the gift. Now the time is here and I’m not ready. Nfu-Oh! Awesome!! Which numbers did you get?!?! Brooke is such a sweetheart. It was such a bummer about the Phils. I went to bed at 10 p.m. when the score was 7 to 1 the night the Yanks won. I woke up at some point and heard the Yankees receiving the World Series trophy and went back to sleep. Mike was happy but he didn’t gloat at all, I figure if our relationship can survive this, we can survive anything LOL

Aww, makes me wish I was part of this gift exchange thing. I’m still sort of new yet at it.
Anyway, loving all the colors! Especially the blue Covalt with the heart glitter. How do you get the patience to deal with glitter if it doesn’t disperse evenly across the nail?
I generally don’t! But the BF and I were watching tv, and I had the time, apparently had a lil patience and just did it. Next time, I’ll use a toothpick instead of the brush! Welcome to the nail world – do you have a blog? Let me know!
